In this class, instructors will support yoga practitioners in all stages of their practice. Yoga of the Day

YOD is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination and anything else that a yogi wants or needs in their life. Try it on to feel your heart beat, your muscles burn and your mind clear by the end of class. You get yoga vibes combined with a high intensity, sweaty workout.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a yoga flow in a heated room that infuses cardio & strength along with all the mindfulness of yoga into an hour-long class. This is the class for you if you are looking for an intense workout that challenges all muscle groups that will push you mentally and physically while burning mega calories! Room is heated to 80 Degrees. All levels are welcome.

Restorative Yoga

This therapeutic yoga practice involves poses supported by props that allow the body to completely relax. Restorative poses include seated forward folds, light twists, shoulder and back openers through passive stretching, breath awareness, and guided imagery. Practicing restorative yoga can aid in relieving stress, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, and grief. This deep relaxation helps to restore balance to the nervous system, energy flow to the organs, and leaves you feeling nourished and centered. No yoga experience necessary.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Heated Vinyasa Yoga is performed in a warm room (85-90 degrees) because of the benefits it offers the body. Heat allows for muscles to ease through their full range of motion but is not an excuse to push muscles beyond their limits. Heat improves circulation and metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Sweating aids in detoxifying the body and rejuvenates the skin.

Prana Stretch

Reinvigorate your interior, by way of softening your exterior. Lindsay will guide you through a number of simple and supported Restorative Yoga postures, using blankets and bolsters to help ensure physical comfort and ease. Throughout class, you'll receive several Thai Yoga Massage hands-on assists, emphasizing musculoskeletal release, optimizing nervous system health, and restoring hormonal balance. Class ends with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, complete with an organic essential oil neck massage. You'll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected!"
