  • To respect our instructors’ time and that of our fellow students, Longevity Pilates strictly adheres to our cancellation policies.  Please familiarize yourself with the policies listed below.

  • The best/easiest way to change or cancel your reservation go into your Momence account via online or the app.  Log into Momence, click SCHEDULE, then click the name of the class you need to cancel, and click CANCEL.

  • Only call the studio if you are unable to cancel your reservation online:  651-300-9728

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that Longevity Pilates has your current email and mobile contact information to receive waitlist notifications.

Pilates Reformer & Tower Classes

Longevity Pilates operates entirely on an appointment‑based reservation system. All classes and private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiture.

Each reservation represents a commitment of studio space and instructor time, as well as an opportunity for another client to attend. Any changes made within the 24‑hour cancellation window, including switching to a different class or attending a class other than the one reserved, will result in a charge for both the original reservation and the class attended.

Adhering to this policy ensures fair access and consistent scheduling for all clients.

Reformer & Tower Waitlist

Reformer & Tower Class Waitlist – How It Works

For waitlisted clients, when a spot becomes available, all clients on the waitlist will simultaneously receive a text message notifying them of the opening. The first client to respond will get the spot. Each time a spot opens in the class, another text will go to the remaining clients on the waitlist. Momence calls this “Fastest Fingers,” and it’s designed to ensure fairness and enhance your class attendance opportunities. Fastest Fingers keeps our waitlist moving quickly and results in more clients getting into their desired class.

Pilates Reformer 101 Series Cancellation Policy

  • The Reformer 101 Series consists of 4 classes set at specific days and times. Substitutions and makeup classes are not permitted.

  • Refunds given up to 1 week before the start of the series.

  • No refunds or credit for cancellations within 1 week of the start of the series.
